Commissions info

I am always open to receive live feedback and adjustments to the design while it is under construction. However, major adjustments or complete redo of the design once around 50% or more of the house is complete will not be allowed.

I will be available for any doubts or questions you may have and will keep you updated on the progress via previews so we can better work together to give your house the heart you'd want it to have.

Timeline is variable between 1-2 weeks depending on complexity and time availability.

I prefer to receive payment 50% at commission start and 50% after the building is complete, otherwise a ratio of 33% at start, mid and end of building is also accepted.

Every transactions and purchase will be registered and listed as proof of contract for both sides

You will need to provide rare items (pvp/tribes/untradeables) yourself or have someone do it for you should it be needed.

In case of hard to obtain or very expensive item we can talk and see the best solution together.

I expect you to uphold your part in the terms of the commissions as I will do mine.

Breach will result in termination of the commission.
